Obra civil del Siglo XVIII realizada durante el reinado de Carlos III. Aprovechando el inagotable fluir del agua cristalina del Caño nuevo se encuentra el antiguo lavadero, uno de los pocos ejemplares que aún perviven en la provincia de Valladolid y que forma parte de nuestro pasado más reciente. En él se pueden observar dos grandes piscinas, la primera de ellas la del aclarado y la más alejada la del lavado.
